NEW ORLEANS – Deveney Communication was recently recognized at the state and regional level by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for exceptional public relations materials and campaigns.
Deveney Communication walked away with 22 awards, more than any other organization. The awards earned by Deveney Communication are attached. Work with Arxcel, a New York-based prescription benefits management company (www.arxcel.com); the Louisiana State Bar Association (www.lsba.org); the March of Dimes and the NO/AIDS Task Force earned top recognition.
The Bronze Quill Awards program recognizes excellence in business communication throughout Louisiana. Entries are judged by communication professionals in out-of-state IABC chapters, and multiple judges evaluate each entry.
Deveney Communication earned five Bronze Quill Awards, which recognizes the best entry within a category and is the top honor an entry can receive. In addition, the firm received six Awards of Excellence and one Award of Merit.
The firm was bestowed with honors for numerous categories including Publications, Writing, Photography/Illustration, Audiovisual, Multimedia/Interactive, Communication Programs, Public Relations Programs, Community and Government Relations, Media Relations, Marketing Communications, Multimedia Communications, Audiovisual – Video Program, Organization Identity Design, Special Project Design and Photography.
Silver Quill Awards were also bestowed on the firm. The Silver Quill Award recognizes the best practices in communication throughout the IABC district that encompasses Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
In the Silver Quill Category, the firm received five Awards of Excellence and four Awards of Merit.
